Returns and Exchanges
We are sure that you will be delighted with your gown from AnnaBrooks.com. But, if for any reason you are not, we are delighted to offer the following return options:
1. An exchange. Once you ship your dress back to us, we will ship you an exchange of equal value for free.
2. A store credit to buy another wonderful gown from AnnaBrooks.com at your convenience. Store credits never expire, so you can shop at your leisure.
3. A refund. All refunds (not exchanges or store credits) are subject to a $25 re-stocking fee
Please note that for any return (whether for exchange, store credit or refund) to be accepted it must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt
All original tags must remain on the merchandise; and
The item must be neither worn nor damaged
We recommend that all returns be shipped via an insured carrier as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
